About this stone
One-piece limestone steps: no forms, no pour, set it and walk on it. Each tread is a single block with a sawn bottom so it sits flat, and either a natural weathered top or a sawn top for a clean modern look.
Steps are priced by length, the same across every style. Tell us the rise you need (6" or 7") and the number and length of steps and we'll quote the set with freight.
We cut 7" gray steps at our own yard from Wamego stone. 6" and Cottonwood steps come from our partner quarry in the Flint Hills.

Questions about Steps
How many steps fit on a truck?
Roughly 40 to 60 steps depending on length, about 24 tons. Small orders ship on a shared or short load — ask.
Natural top or sawn top?
Natural top keeps the weathered quarry surface and hides wear; sawn top is flat and uniform for a modern look. Both have a sawn bottom so the step sits true.
