About this stone
Nine-inch block is the same limestone in a lower course height. It suits shorter terraces, garden borders and spaces where a 14-inch course would look heavy, and it gives more linear feet of wall per ton than 14-inch stone.
Three versions: 9" Premium Natural Tan (hand-selected), 9" Split Face wall block (clean split face) and 9" Natural Wall Block with an extra-deep 18–36" bed for mass (limited availability — call ahead).
Best uses
- Garden and terrace walls
- Borders and planters
- Step risers and cheek walls
- Low seat walls

Questions about 9" Block
Is 9" block strong enough for a retaining wall?
Yes for typical landscape heights. The deeper-bed natural block (18–36") is the choice when the wall is holding real grade.
