About this stone
Grand Haven is a softer, finer-grained Kansas limestone in an 8-inch ledge — a lighter course for low walls, planters, accent bands and caps where 14-inch block would be too tall.
Beds run 18 to 24 inches and lengths 2 to 5 feet, so it handles easily and stacks quickly. New to our line in 2026; call for availability.
Best uses
- Low garden walls
- Accent and cap courses
- Planters and borders
- Veneer-style stacking

Questions about Grand Haven
Is Grand Haven as hard as your other stone?
It is a softer limestone than our Wamego ledge stone. It is a good choice for landscape walls and accents; for structural retaining walls we recommend the 14" Premium or Builders Grade.
